Notes: Request for a screening opinion made in March 2021 (ref 062764). According to the covering letter the company intends to submit a planning application for three pyrolysis units to "utilise non-hazardous commercial & industrial waste as the feedstock, including household cables, cable insulation, wind turbine blades and non-recyclable plastic, and would generate both electricity and heat". Screening opinion issued in August 2021, but in November 2021 the Wlesh Minister made a screening direction finding that the proposal constituted Schedule 2 development and that an Environmental Statement would be required for anny planning application. As of August 2024 a planning application does nott appear to have been submitted to Flintshire council. (Entry updated 2024-08-22)

Capacity is usually the permitted or maximum advertised capacity of the facility.
