It is that time again. Time to make people aware of the United Kingdom Without Incineration Network’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The theme for this year is “Mainstreaming the message: Publicising our perspective and celebrating our campaign victories”. Previous UKWIN themes include: “Zero waste to burn, zero time to waste” and “Campaigning positively against incineration”.
Date of UKWIN AGM: Saturday 20th April 2013
Time: 11 AM sharp (with members arriving from about 10 AM), finishing around 4 pm (ish)
Place: Greenpeace, Canonbury Villas, London, N1 2PN
Activities: In addition to the Business of the AGM, there will also be a screening of Trashed followed by a panel discussion featuring: Katy Anderson (ZWA UK), Mariel Vilella (GAIA), Shlomo Dowen (UKWIN) and a representative of Blenheim Films.
