Notes: It was announced in July 2020 that EQTEC and the Rotunda Group would seek permission for an "advanced gasification technology" plant to use waste from the nearby RDF plant which currently has a capacity for 182,000tpa as part of a deal with Logik Developments Limited [Source, Source]. Following the Welsh Government's moratorium on incinerators of 10MWe and over, the proposal was revised to be a gasification plant with a reduced capaicty of 9.9MWe and a reduced throughput of 80,000tpa and this was approved by Flintshire Council in October 2021 with a time limit which would only allow the facility to operate until 2050 [Source, Source]. Capacity is usually the permitted or maximum advertised capacity of the facility.
