Notes: High-temperature incinerator for specialist waste. Scoping report submitted to North East Lincolnshire Council in April 2024 states: "The thermal treatment plant would manage a diverse range of wastes from commercial and industrial processes, manufacturing, maintenance activities, education, research and development, provision of healthcare services, law enforcement, and agricultural activities, which require high temperature destruction and disposal" (DM/0423/24/SCO). According to the Scoping Report, the plant would be classified as a waste incinerator for regulatory purposes. The local newspaper notes that the applicant is unstated. [Source].
