Notes: Planning permission granted in January 2019 by North East Lincolnshire Council (DM/0329/18/FUL) for 170-200ktpa and then varied in July 2021 to increase the throughput to 226ktpa tpa of RDF (DM/0667/20/FUL). In May 2024 the Environment Agency did not include this facility in their list of plants that had a permit or outstanding permit application. In May 2024 it was reported by ENDS that this facility was "thought to be close to making financial close" [Source]. In April 2025 planning permission was varied to increase the overall height of the building (DM/0574/24/FUL). (Entry updated 2026-01-16)
