Notes: Small waste incineration plant (SWIP) using Fluidised Bed Combustion to treat RDF was granted planning permission in December 2023 (23/04970/FU) and varied in April 2024 (24/01127/FU). According to the original planning application: "The plant would be fuelled by a maximum 24,000 tonnes of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), manufactured at the applicants existing operations at the adjacent Waste Transfer Station". It appears that the site has yet to obtain it SWIP permit from Leeds council [See permits]. In 2025 planning permission was amended because the plant was proposed to be moved to a different part of the wider waste site (24/06068/FU). (Entry updated 2026-01-16)

Capacity is usually the permitted or maximum advertised capacity of the facility.
