Welcome to the Bristol Group

The intent of the website is to provide a well organised and easily accessible repository of information, documents, papers and other material to support refutation of incineration as the solution to the problem, and to support the proposal of alternative, sustainable affordable and environmental solutions to the problem of the handling of waste. The documents are found through the TBG Database (or the button on the left)

The assumption is that the solution is best found as high up the waste hierarchy as possible and that the information will be scientifically based and referenced.

If you require information and facts on a particular aspect of the problem that please email The Bristol Group and we will see if we can help. Also, If you don't like the way the website is organised, then please email The Bristol Group and we will attempt to improve the way that we support you (see below).

We would be very interested in hearing from any UKWIN member on the form and structure of the database. Please email The Bristol Group with suggestions for a hierarchy for the topics to be addressed, essentially how do you want the documents provided to be filed? At the moment it is a single page with a list of topics and sub topics. If a more complex hierarchy is called for, a multi page approach may be required. What we want to do is provide the data in an easily accessible form as possible. So comments please.
