Worcestershire residents Against Incineration and Landfill (WAIL) represents residents in Hartlebury, Elmley Lovett and the surrounding areas. WAIL was established to object to the planning application for a waste incinerator on greenbelt land in Hartlebury, near Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
